Bountiful Greetings, a locally based business, is committed to helping you expand your business through personalized introductions to EVERY new homeowner in the towns you choose to target. Our personalized referral program can reach over 800 new homeowners annually in the towns of North Reading, Reading and Wakefield.
Bountiful Greetings has been up and running in Reading for 6 months now, and businesses are having a wonderful response. The feedback from homeowners has been overwhelming. They love our baskets! We are now making plans to launch the program in North Reading and Wakefield.
We will deliver a welcome gift basket to EVERY new homeowner soon after they close on their property. Bountiful Greetings will personally deliver the basket to the new homeowner. Our basket will be beautifully appointed with quality housewarming gifts from each business and an attractive certificate for a service or product. The certificate could be for a dollar value or a percentage off, a particular service or a free trial of your service. The basket is wrapped in a custom made cello bag, and tied with a gold and green ribbon, adorned with a wooden pineapple. We chose the pineapple as our logo because the pineapple is the international symbol for “Hospitality”. The goal is to get the consumer into your business and to establish a continuing relationship. We ultimately want your new customers to become loyal customers. We allow only one of each type of business, so you know your message will stand out. Our mission is to bring the new homeowner to your business instead of to your competition. This is a different approach from other “new homeowner” programs that either mail an impersonal envelope or drop off a pizza box of coupons. We want Bountiful Greetings to be known as representing quality local businesses.
In 2005, single family and condo sales totaled 200 units in North Reading, an average of 16 units per month. Single family and condos sales in Wakefield and Reading totaled approximately 300 units each, an average of 25 units per month per town.
How much does it cost?
Our fee is $2.50 per household for your personal introduction in one town. The cost decreases with each additional town you chose to target. At the end of the month we will bill you for that prior month's activity. The invoice will include the name and address of every new homeowner, which you will then be able to add to your marketing database. This is a great opportunity for you to increase your market share in your own town and also in contiguous towns.
